Rob AKA WEsty is one of the founders of Carter west Creative and the driving force of the studios, he has been performing professionally for over 10 years now. he has literally travelled the globe and back again with his work, On your feet uk tour and choir of man (worldwide) to name but a few.

Ian has been in the music industry for ten years after studying Music production at univeristy.
He has worked with some of the top artists and producers in the industry such as Labrinth, tom odell, jp cooper, jack white, damon alban and many many more.
He’s always prided himself on the variety within his musical taste as it has allowed him to develop an incredible ear to what does and doesn’t sound great in every genre you can imagine.

Dougie is one of the founders of Carter west Creative and subsequently the studios, he has been part of the entertainment industry for over 10 years now. He has worked all over the world and his personal career has seen him perform in shows such as Les Miserables, Phantom of the opera, Jersey boys and many more.
With his work at the top of the industry it has allowed him to work with the best of the best on and off stage, this has given him a depth of knowledge in performance and what is required to deliver truthful and impactful performances.
He has also worked on both sides of the casting process, auditioning hundreds of times but also casting and so he has an inside knowledge of what the industry is looking for.
He strives to bring that into the studio to help guide new talent so that they can get the most out of the products the studio offers.
